1) My topic is Christopher Johnson McCandless
2) I choose this topic because, the story behind McCandless is amazing. I've seen the movie and want to read the book.
3) I know that he goes out into the alaskan wilderness on his own and trys to survive on his own with no food and such and just a little 22 gun. But he fails and dies.
4) I am going to make a Power point explain and showing facts about McCandless
5) This book is gunna help me because it has facts in it already

I really don't see the big deal of the arguement between "Fiction and Non-fiction" they are both interesting to read. I like reading fiction books because they are interesting and fun to read sometimes. I also like reading Non-fiction books because you learn facts and stuff about what has happend in the world.. etc.

My non-fiction book I chose to read is "Into The Wild" by Jon Krakauer. I chose to read this book because I have heard the story behind it and its very interesting and I wanted to read about the whole thing.

Me

       Hi, my name is Tristyn Schoffer.  I live in Penticton, BC and was born here.  I have been to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, because that is where all my family lives.

Some of my hobbies are filming, video editing, mountain biking, snowboarding and skiing.

What I want to do after school is go to Okanagan College in Penticton, BC and take some law courses and some trades. After college I want to join the Royal Canadian Air Force.

I read an article that inspired me to just not worry about money.  This article was about this girl who, when she was 7, started to save and roll pennies.  When she graduated at 18, she and her mother counted all the pennies she saved. She ended up having over a million dollars. It just shows that the littlest amount of money can be a big sum of money later on.
